By using Qorivo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Service Description

Qorivo helps you manage events and attendees, create attendee QR codes, record check-ins and check-outs, and review or export attendance reports.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter in the app and for having the legal or administrative authority to manage the attendee and event data you add.

3. Acceptable Use

You must use the app lawfully and for its intended purpose. You may not use it to manage data obtained without permission, create misleading records, or share people's information without an appropriate basis.

4. Exported Reports and Files

The app can export reports and files based on the data you enter. You are responsible for reviewing these files before relying on or sharing them, and for keeping them in a secure place.

5. No Guarantee of Suitability for Every Case

The app provides tools for attendance management, but it does not guarantee suitability for every event type, legal requirement, or operational need. You should review results and keep backups when needed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss resulting from incorrect data entry, local data loss, sharing exported files, or relying on reports without review.

7. Intellectual Property

The Qorivo name, app design, interfaces, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the developer. These Terms do not grant you the right to copy, redistribute, or use the app's branding in a way that violates applicable rules.

8. Updates

The app or these Terms may be updated from time to time to improve functionality or clarify obligations. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated version.

9. Ending Use

You may stop using the app at any time. Deleting the app from your device may remove local data depending on how the operating system manages app data and backups.
